How It WorksYou can use pet photos, personal portraits, family photos, and original artwork. Available options include custom pet rugs, portrait wall rugs, names, and individually shaped designs. Choose the product that best suits your photo and how you want to display it.
After you place your custom order, our team prepares a free digital design proof. You can review the portrait, wording, colors, outer shape, and finished dimensions before approving production.
Material options depend on the product. Selected custom floor rugs offer faux cashmere or faux silk, while our portrait wall rugs use faux silk. Check the individual product page for its available materials, construction, and intended use.
Measure the available floor or wall space, then follow the size guide on your selected product. Some shaped rugs are sized by their longest side, while others list a width and height. Confirm the complete finished dimensions on your design proof.
Most custom orders ship from California within 3 business days after final design approval. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
