1350 GSM Faux Silk for Clearer Pet Details
This custom pet rug is made from 1350 GSM faux silk with a dense 8 mm short-pile surface. The fine, smooth fibers reproduce facial features, fur markings, costumes, pumpkins, leaves, and other small details more clearly than thicker, coarser materials.
The faux silk surface has a soft touch and subtle directional sheen. Its appearance may shift slightly between lighter and darker tones when the pile is brushed in different directions. This is a natural characteristic of the material.

We will not begin production until you approve the design. After approval, most custom rugs are produced and shipped within 3 business days from our Los Angeles production facility.

Your custom Halloween rug can feature dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, and many other pets. Each design is prepared individually to preserve recognizable markings, expressions, colors, and personality.
Custom Shape and Finished Edging
The rug is cut around the approved artwork to create a distinctive custom shape. Very small gaps and sharp inward corners may be gently simplified so the rug can be cut and edged cleanly. The finished outline uses smooth curves while preserving the character of the design.
The narrow elastic overlock edging wraps the rug’s perimeter below the pile surface. Fine fibers may naturally extend slightly over the inner edge of the binding.
Flat Printed Design
The complete Halloween design is printed across one even faux silk surface. Details such as pet fur, costumes, pumpkins, ghosts, and autumn leaves are part of the printed artwork and are not raised, carved, or sculpted.
Care Instructions
Gently vacuum using low suction or remove loose debris by hand. Spot clean when possible. For deeper cleaning, gently rinse or hand wash the rug and allow it to air dry completely. Frequent machine washing is not recommended.

We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
Production: Custom orders ship within 72 hours after design approval.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom / made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
For eligible non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. If a prepaid return label is provided, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.
If an eligible returned item requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
