How Size & Final Pricing Work
The size you choose refers to the longest side of the finished design and sets the full-size base price for that size tier. Because every organic pebble outline has different proportions, the final width is determined after the design is completed.
Final pricing may be adjusted according to the production dimensions of the approved design. The minimum bounding rectangle of the finished artwork is used to determine the size adjustment. Designs with unusually detailed outlines may also require a small shape-complexity fee for additional hand cutting and edge finishing.

Production: Custom orders ship within 72 hours after design approval.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom / made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
For eligible non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. If a prepaid return label is provided, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.
If an eligible returned item requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
