Ordering
When will my order be processed?
Orders paid before 11:00 AM (America/Los_Angeles, PT) are processed the same business day; orders after 11:00 AM count as the next business day.
How do I place an order?
Add items to cart → checkout → enter shipping info → choose payment (Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / major cards) → place order. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Email support@aprintnest.com ASAP. If production or shipment hasn’t started, we’ll try to help. Custom/made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Taxes & currency
All prices are in USD. Sales tax is applied where required by law during checkout.
Shipping Rules
How fast do you ship?
We dispatch within 72 hours on business days (≤ 3 business days). Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Carriers & delivery time
We typically ship via FedEx / UPS / USPS Ground. Continental US is usually 3–7 business days; HI/AK/PR 5–12 business days. Actual timing depends on carrier scans.
Order cut-off time
11:00 AM PT on business days. Orders after cut-off are processed the next business day.
Shipping cost
Free Shipping on eligible orders. Oversized/remote-area surcharges (if any) are shown at checkout.
Outer box damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (outer box, label, and item details). We will replace or refund first and handle the carrier claim.
Where do you ship from?
From our facility in City of Industry, California.
Return Policy
Return window & eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit-damage, we cover shipping both ways.
Restocking / handling fee
Only if the item is opened and requires repackaging or cleaning: up to 10%, capped at $25. Exchanges or store-credit refunds are fee-free. No fee for defective/incorrect/damaged items.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected. Banks may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
How to start a return
Submit the form at /pages/returns or email us. After approval, you’ll receive an RMA and the return address/prepaid label. Please ship back within 7 days and keep the packaging intact.
Exchange Policy
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for unused items. No handling fee for the first exchange.
Shipping for exchanges
For non-defective exchanges, customers cover the return shipping (a prepaid label is available and can be deducted). For defective/incorrect items, we cover shipping.
Price differences
If the new item costs more, we’ll charge the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference (store credit optional).
Not eligible for exchange
Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items (except for defects).
