Important Notes Before You Order
PHOTO
Upload 1–3 clear pet photos. Brighter, sharper photos with the face and body visible usually produce better detail.
COLOR
Because rugs use digital printing and heat transfer on a white base fabric, slight color variation may occur depending on fiber direction and lighting.
CUTTING
Each rug is hand-cut to its custom shape. A size tolerance of approximately 1–2 inches may occur for custom production.

04 Can I order a rug with more than one pet?
Yes, if your selected product style supports it. A clear photo with all pets visible works best.
05 How long will my custom rug take?
Your rug ships within 72 hours after design approval. U.S. delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.
06 Are custom rugs returnable?
Because each rug is made to order, custom rugs are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
