Choose between 1100gsm Faux Cashmere and 1350gsm Faux Silk. Both are approximately 12 mm thick, but they offer different surface feel and detail reproduction.

1100gsm Faux Cashmere

A finer surface with a subtle sheen, suited to detailed pet portraits, dark designs, and facial features. Available options depend on the selected product.

After you approve the final design proof, your rug is printed, cut, stitched, inspected, and packed in California before dispatch within 3 business days.

Important Notes Before You Order
PHOTO
Upload 1–5 clear pet photos. Brighter, sharper photos with the face and body visible usually produce better detail.
COLOR
Because rugs use digital printing and heat transfer on a white base fabric, slight color variation may occur depending on fiber direction and lighting.
CUTTING
Each rug is hand-cut to its custom shape. Finished dimensions and outlines may vary by approximately 1–2 inches.

01 What kind of pet photo works best for a custom rug?
Use a bright, sharp photo where your pet’s key features are easy to see. Photos with clear face, body, and outline details usually translate best. See our pet photo guide for examples.
02 Can you remove the background or clean up my photo?
Yes. We can simplify or remove the background when the selected design calls for it. You will review the result in your free design proof before production begins.
03 Will I see the design before production?
Yes. After you order, we send you a free design proof. One free minor design revision is included before final approval; production begins only after you approve the final design.
04 Can I order a rug with more than one pet?

05 Which material should I choose?
Choose 1100gsm Faux Cashmere for a softer plush floor-rug feel. Choose 1350gsm Faux Silk when a smoother surface and finer printed detail are more important. Available options may vary by product style.
06 How long will my custom rug take?
Custom rugs ship from California within 3 business days after final design approval. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days after dispatch for contiguous U.S. destinations. Other U.S. destinations may have different transit times or charges; check the shipping details at checkout.
07 Does proof preparation count toward the 3-business-day dispatch timeframe?
No. After you place your custom order, we prepare a free digital design proof. Proof preparation, requested revisions, and the time you take to review and approve the design happen before production and are not included in the 3-business-day dispatch timeframe. That timeframe begins only after final design approval, not the original order date.
08 Are custom rugs returnable?
Custom rugs are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due to change of mind or other non-defect-related reasons. If your rug arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos for review. See our Refund & Return Policy.
