How do I order a custom rug?
Choose your preferred product, upload your image or artwork, leave any design notes, and place your order. Our designers will prepare a free preview before production.
Can I use my own artwork or design?
Yes. Pet photos, portraits, artwork, logos, and original designs are accepted. Please make sure you have permission to use any uploaded images.
Do you offer custom shapes?
Yes. We can create rugs in almost any custom shape based on your photo, artwork, pet portrait, or logo design.
Can I preview my rug before production?
Yes. Every custom rug includes a free design proof, so you can review the layout before production begins.
What image quality works best?
Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting work best. You can upload multiple photos if you want our designers to better understand the subject.
What material is used?
Our rugs are made with premium faux cashmere, reinforced edge stitching, and a non-slip backing for a soft and cozy feel.
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. A Print Nest currently focuses on shipping within the United States.
Can you remove the background?
Yes. You can request background removal, text, shape changes, or layout adjustments in your design notes.
