  • Narrow gaps, sharp internal corners or tiny protrusions may be simplified for a cleaner, stronger edge.
  • Your pet may be repositioned slightly to balance the portrait with the name.
  • Screen settings, lighting and fiber direction can make printed colors appear slightly different.
  • Heat-sublimation ink colors the surface fibers; the lighter base may show when the pile is separated.
Care instructions
Vacuum gently with low suction and avoid rotating or beater-bar heads. Spot clean with mild detergent and cool water, then air dry completely. Do not bleach, soak or expose the rug to prolonged moisture or heat.

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, and production starts only after you approve the portrait, name, colors, layout and shape. One minor revision is included.
Can you use my actual pet photo?
Yes. Dogs, cats and other household pets can be used when the reference photo clearly shows the features and markings you want included.
Which size should I choose?
A 2 × 3 ft rug works best for shorter names and compact layouts. Wider 2 × 4, 2 × 5 or 2 × 6 ft options give longer names and larger portraits more room. We will confirm the final proportion in your proof.
Can I choose the colors and pet placement?
Yes. Add your preferences under Special Request. We may adjust the pet placement slightly so the portrait, name and outer silhouette remain balanced and practical to produce.
Can this rug be used outdoors?
No. This personalized pet rug is intended for indoor residential and decorative use on a clean, dry surface.

We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.

Production: Custom Pet Name Rugs ship within 72 hours after final design approval.

Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.

Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preferences, or other non-defect-related reasons.

All sale, discounted, and promotional items, whether custom or non-custom, are also not eligible for standard returns or exchanges for non-defect-related reasons.

For eligible non-custom, non-sale items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns require prior approval; submitting a request within 30 days does not guarantee approval.

Defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items: This exception applies to all products, including custom and promotional items. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved claims, we cover applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

For eligible non-defective returns, customers pay return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, its actual cost may be deducted from the refund. If a returned item requires additional cleaning or repackaging, a fee of up to 10% of the item price, capped at $25, may apply where permitted by law. These charges do not apply to approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval and any required inspection. Your bank may need additional processing time.
