  • Heat-sublimation ink colors the surface fibers; the lighter base may show when the pile is separated.

Vacuum gently with low suction and avoid rotating or beater-bar heads. Spot clean with mild detergent and cool water, then air dry completely. Do not bleach, soak or expose the rug to prolonged moisture or heat.

Which size should I choose?
A 2 × 3 ft rug works best for shorter names and compact layouts. Wider 2 × 4, 2 × 5 or 2 × 6 ft options give longer names and larger portraits more room. We will confirm the final proportion in your proof.
Can I choose the colors and pet placement?
Yes. Add your preferences under Special Request. We may adjust the pet placement slightly so the portrait, name and outer silhouette remain balanced and practical to produce.

Refund & Return Policy

Custom / personalized Pet Name Rugs are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.

Because each rug is made specifically from your pet photos, pet name, selected text design style, and approved proof, standard 30-day returns do not apply to this product.

If your rug arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.

Approved refunds for eligible claims are issued after review. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
