Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We will create and send a design preview for approval. Your rug will not enter production until you approve the final artwork.
Can I request changes to the design?
One free minor revision is included before production. Major changes or a completely different design direction may require an additional fee.
Can I use the rug as wall dΓ©cor?
Yes. The rug may be placed on the floor or mounted as a wall display using suitable hooks and clips. Hanging accessories are not included.
How quickly will the rug ship?
Once the final design is approved, production begins and the completed rug is typically shipped within 72 hours.
Can I use a photo taken by someone else?
Please upload only photographs that you own or have permission to use. By submitting an image, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to reproduce it.
