Each wall rug is made to order in California from premium 1350 GSM, approximately 12 mm faux silk rug material. The artwork is dye-sublimation printed, custom-cut to the approved shape, and finished with neat overlock stitching. You will receive a free digital proof and one minor revision before production. Approved designs typically ship within 72 hours.

No. It is made from substantial rug material with a dense pile, structured backing, custom-cut shape, and finished edges—not thin printed fabric.
What pet photos work best?
Use clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and visible facial features. For a full-body silhouette, include the complete ears, paws, body, and tail. Avoid blurry screenshots, heavy filters, and important details hidden behind people or objects.
Can you include multiple pets, text, or a custom background?
Yes. We can combine multiple pets and add names, dates, short messages, background colors, or simple graphic and memorial-inspired elements.
How is the finished size measured?
The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished wall rug. Final width and height depend on the approved pose, shape, and proportions.
Does hanging hardware come with the wall rug?
No. Choose secure clips, a rug hanger, or another wall-safe support appropriate for the finished size, weight, and wall surface.
When will my wall rug ship?
Production begins after final design approval. Approved wall rugs typically ship from California within 72 hours; design preparation and carrier delivery time are additional.
Important Notes
- Very small text and extremely fine details may appear softer in the plush pile.
- Dye-sublimation ink may not fully reach the base of the fibers.
- Color and sheen may shift slightly with lighting, screen settings, viewing angle, and pile direction.
- Each wall rug is individually cut and edge-finished; a variation of approximately 1–2 inches is normal.
- You must own or have permission to use all uploaded photos, artwork, logos, and characters.
Shipping
We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
Production: Custom orders ship within 72 hours after design approval.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom / made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
For eligible non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. If a prepaid return label is provided, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.
If an eligible returned item requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
