Each piece is made to order in California using 1350 GSM faux silk rug material with an approximately 12 mm finished thickness. Your artwork is dye-sublimation printed, cut to the approved outline, and finished with overlock edges. Every custom order includes a digital design proof and one minor revision before production begins.

Custom Pet Face Wall Rug FAQs
Is this a traditional fabric tapestry?
No. This is a decorative rug-style wall piece made with a dense faux silk pile, structured backing, custom-cut outline, and finished edges. It is thicker and more dimensional than a thin printed fabric tapestry.
What pet photos work best?
Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and visible facial features usually produce the best result. For a full-body silhouette, include the complete ears, paws, body, and tail whenever possible. Avoid blurry screenshots, heavy filters, and important details hidden behind people or objects.
Can you include multiple pets, text, or a custom background?
Yes. We can combine multiple pets and add names, dates, short messages, background colors, or simple decorative and memorial-inspired elements. More complex layouts may require additional space, so the final composition will be shown in your design proof.
How is the finished size measured?
The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished wall rug. Final width and height depend on the approved pose, silhouette, and overall proportions. Please review the finished dimensions shown on your design proof before approving production.
Does hanging hardware come with the wall rug?
Hanging hardware is not included. Use secure clips, a rug hanger, or another wall-safe support appropriate for the finished size, weight, and wall surface.
Can this wall rug be used on the floor?
No. This version is designed for decorative indoor wall display. The 1350 GSM faux silk surface is selected for portrait detail, color reproduction, and visual texture rather than durability under foot traffic.
When will my custom pet wall rug ship?
Production begins after final design approval. Most approved wall rugs ship from California within 3 business days after final design approval. Design preparation and carrier delivery time are additional, and tracking is provided when your order ships.
Before You Order
- Very small text and extremely fine details may appear softer in the rug pile.
- Dye-sublimation ink may not fully reach the base of every fiber.
- Faux silk has a natural sheen, so color may appear slightly different depending on lighting, viewing angle, screen settings, and pile direction.
- Each piece is individually cut and edge-finished. A variation of approximately 1–2 inches in the finished dimensions is normal.
- You must own or have permission to use all uploaded photos, artwork, logos, characters, and other design elements.

We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. Carrier transit is additional; U.S. delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom / made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
For eligible non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. If a prepaid return label is provided, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.
If an eligible returned item requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
