Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting, visible facial features, and an unobstructed main subject produce the best results. Avoid blurry screenshots, heavy filters, cropped ears, hidden paws, and photos in which important details are covered.

Can you remove the original background?

Yes. In most cases, we can remove the original background and create a custom silhouette around your pet. You may also request a simple color, graphic, illustrated, or lifestyle-inspired background.

How is the finished size measured?

The selected size refers to the longest side of the finished wall rug. The final width and height will vary depending on the pose, silhouette, and proportions of the approved design.

Does hanging hardware come with the wall rug?

Hanging hardware is not included. Because this is a substantial rug-material wall piece rather than a thin fabric tapestry, choose a secure hanging method suitable for the finished size, weight, and wall surface. Heavy-duty clips, rug hangers, or other wall-safe supports may be appropriate.

When will my wall rug ship?

Your custom wall rug will typically ship within 72 hours after you approve the final design. Design preparation and approval time are not included in this production window.
