Because each rug is created specifically from your uploaded family or pet photos, selected portrait style, optional names or wording, design notes, and approved proof, standard 30-day returns do not apply to this product.
If your rug arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
Approved refunds for eligible claims are issued after review. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
