• Folded packaging: This rug is shipped folded, so creases are normal when you first receive it. We recommend unfolding and laying it flat for a few days, and stepping on it to help smooth it out. If you are sensitive to creases, please don’t purchase.

• Hand-cut & hand-finished edges: Because each rug is hand cut and overlocked, please allow a 1–2 inch size variation. If you require exact measurements, please don’t purchase.

• Due to the plush pile direction, the artwork may look slightly different under different lighting or when brushed.

We typically ship via FedEx / UPS / USPS Ground. Continental US is usually 3–7 business days; HI/AK/PR 5–12 business days. Actual timing depends on carrier scans.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit damage, we cover shipping both ways.
