How to Choose the Best Pet Photos
- Upload clear, well-lit photos showing your pet’s face, eyes, ears, colors, and important markings.
- Front-facing or slightly angled photos usually provide the clearest portrait detail.
- Avoid screenshots, heavily filtered images, extreme shadows, and photos where important features are hidden.
- For multiple pets, upload at least one clear photo of each pet.
- You may also upload your own finished pet artwork through the same uploader.

Signature Organic Pebble Custom Shape
Every pet portrait wall rug is created in our signature Organic Pebble Shape. This smooth, asymmetrical outline turns the pet portrait into a sculptural piece of textile wall art rather than a standard rectangular pet photo print.
The final outline is adjusted around the approved artwork. Because each custom shaped rug is individually designed, two wall rugs ordered in the same size may have different finished widths and proportions.
Select a longest side from 3 ft to 6 ft. Every Organic Pebble design with the same selected longest side has the same price, regardless of its final width or proportions.
Extremely narrow designs may require special sizing. Before ordering an unusually narrow design, please contact us for a size consultation .
1350 GSM Faux Silk Wall Rug Construction
The wall rug uses a premium 1350 GSM faux silk construction selected for detailed pet portraits and decorative wall display. The smooth polyester surface helps reproduce eyes, facial details, fur patterns, feathers, color transitions, and layered artwork more clearly than a coarse rug surface.

We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
Production: Custom orders ship within 3 business days after design approval.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom / made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
For eligible non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. If a prepaid return label is provided, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.
If an eligible returned item requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Plush Faux Silk, Made for Wall Display
Each wall rug is made from premium 1350 GSM faux silk rug material with an approximate thickness of 12 mm. Your approved design is dye-sublimation printed, hand-cut, and finished with neat overlock stitching in California. It is intended for decorative indoor wall display; hanging hardware is not included.
