1. Size tolerance – Each rug is hand cut and edge-stitched. Please allow up to about 2" variation from the listed size.  

2. Pile & color variation – The design is digitally printed on longer-pile fibers, so color can look lighter or darker depending on how the pile is brushed and the light hits the surface. This is normal for this material.  

3. Folding & creases – Rugs are folded for shipping. Creases and fold lines are normal at first. Lay the rug flat and give it some time to relax.  

If you are very sensitive to these handmade and material characteristics, this rug may not be the best choice for you.

We typically ship via FedEx / UPS / USPS Ground. Continental US is usually 3–7 business days; HI/AK/PR 5–12 business days. Actual timing depends on carrier scans.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit damage, we cover shipping both ways.

Refunds are issued within 5days after business days days toafter the return is received and inspected. Banks may take 3–10 business daysto post the credit.
