1350 GSM Faux Silk for Clearer Pet Details
This custom pet rug is made from 1350 GSM faux silk with a dense 8 mm short-pile surface. Its fine fibers help reproduce pet facial features, fur markings, costumes, pumpkins, leaves, and other small design details more clearly than thicker, coarser materials.
The soft faux silk surface has a subtle directional sheen. Different areas may appear slightly lighter or darker when the pile is brushed in different directions. This is a natural characteristic of faux silk and is not a printing defect.

If you order two rugs, provide the pet photo and design instructions for each rug separately. We will not begin production until you approve the designs. After approval, most custom rugs are produced and shipped within 3 business days from our Los Angeles-area production facility.
Made for Dogs, Cats and Small Pets
Your custom Halloween rug can feature dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, and many other pets. Each design is prepared individually to preserve your pet’s recognizable markings, expression, colors, and personality.
Custom Shape and Finished Edging
Each rug is cut around the approved artwork to create a distinctive custom shape. Very small gaps and sharp inward corners may be gently simplified so the rug can be cut and edged cleanly. The finished outline uses smooth curves while preserving the character of the approved design.
The narrow elastic overlock edging wraps around the perimeter below the pile surface. Fine fibers may naturally extend slightly over the inner edge of the binding, allowing the rug surface to remain soft and visually continuous.
Flat Printed Surface
The complete Halloween design is printed across one even faux silk surface. Pet fur, costumes, pumpkins, ghosts, leaves, shadows, and dimensional effects are part of the printed artwork. They are not raised, carved, tufted, or sculpted.
Care Instructions
Gently vacuum using low suction or remove loose debris by hand. Spot clean whenever possible. For deeper cleaning, gently rinse or hand wash the rug, then allow it to air dry completely. Frequent machine washing is not recommended.

Yes. We can create custom shaped rugs featuring guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, and many other pets when the submitted photo clearly shows their important features.

We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
Production & Dispatch: Most custom orders ship within 3 business days after final design approval. Production begins only after you approve your final design proof.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preferences, or other non-defect-related reasons.
All sale, discounted, and promotional items, whether custom or non-custom, are also not eligible for standard returns or exchanges for non-defect-related reasons.
For eligible non-custom, non-sale items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns require prior approval; submitting a request within 30 days does not guarantee approval.
Defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items: This exception applies to all products, including custom and promotional items. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved claims, we cover applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
For eligible non-defective returns, customers pay return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, its actual cost may be deducted from the refund. If a returned item requires additional cleaning or repackaging, a fee of up to 10% of the item price, capped at $25, may apply where permitted by law. These charges do not apply to approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval and any required inspection. Your bank may need additional processing time.
