- Do not bleach, machine wash, soak or expose the rug to high heat.

- Each rug is individually cut and edge-finished, so dimensions and outline may vary by approximately 1–2 inches.
- Screen settings, room lighting, fabric texture and fiber direction may affect how the red and green colors appear.
- The artwork is printed on raised fibers. Colors can look lighter when the pile is brushed in another direction, and the lighter base may show when fibers separate.

No. Vacuum gently and spot clean with mild detergent and cool water. Do not soak or machine wash the rug; allow it to air dry completely.
Can I place the rug directly in front of a kitchen sink?
It can be used near a sink only when the area remains dry, but it is not waterproof or designed to absorb frequent splashes. Position it beyond the main splash zone and clean up water promptly.
Does the backing prevent all movement?
The slip-resistant backing helps reduce minor movement on compatible, clean and dry floors, but it is not slip-proof. Floor finish, dust and moisture matter, so use an appropriate rug pad if more grip is needed.
Is 85 × 65 cm the exact strawberry outline?
The measurement describes the maximum width and height. The irregular fruit shape does not fill every part of that rectangle, and a hand-finished variation of approximately 1–2 inches is normal.
Can Berry Sweet be used on hardwood or tile?

Why can the color look different from another angle?

Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.

Refund & Return Policy
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preferences, or other non-defect-related reasons.

For eligible non-custom, non-sale items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns require prior approval; submitting a request within 30 days does not guarantee approval.
Defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items: This exception applies to all products, including custom and promotional items. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved claims, we cover applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
For eligible non-defective returns, customers pay return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, its actual cost may be deducted from the refund. If a returned item requires additional cleaning or repackaging, a fee of up to 10% of the item price, capped at $25, may apply where permitted by law. These charges do not apply to approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval and any required inspection. Your bank may need additional processing time.
