Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit damage, we cover shipping both ways.

Only if the item is opened and requiresrepackaging or cleaning: up to10%, capped at $25.Exchanges or store-credit refunds are fee-free. No fee for defective/incorrect/damaged items.

Refunds are issued within 5days after business days days toafter the return is received and inspected. Banks may take 3–10 business daysto post the credit.
