The Arithmetic of Dust Johns-Inspired Abstract Rug transforms numbers, fragments, and faded geometry into a visual meditation on memory and meaning. Inspired by the layered visual language associated with Johns-style abstraction, this rug feels less like decoration and more like a discovered artifact—something that has quietly accumulated stories over time.

Large numerals overlap weathered textures, muted blues, charcoal blacks, aged ivory tones, and warm bursts of rust-red and ochre. The composition feels both structured and imperfect, as though mathematics and memory have been left exposed to the elements. This Johns-Inspired Abstract Rug brings intellectual character and artistic depth into the home while maintaining a calm, collected presence.

Perfect for placement beneath a reading chair, beside a bookshelf, under a coffee table, or as a focal piece within a living room, this Johns-Inspired Abstract Rug creates a thoughtful atmosphere that encourages conversation and reflection. The distinctive irregular silhouette softens the graphic composition, helping the rug integrate naturally into contemporary, artistic, and collector-inspired interiors.

Crafted from premium faux cashmere, this Johns-Inspired Abstract Rug offers a luxuriously soft texture underfoot while maintaining everyday practicality. The anti-slip backing helps keep the rug securely positioned, while reinforced stitched edges provide durability for daily use.

With its generous 5 x 8 ft size, this Johns-Inspired Abstract Rug provides substantial floor coverage for living rooms and reading nooks. Made in the USA with fast 72-hour production, The Arithmetic of Dust combines artistic expression, comfort, and craftsmanship in one distinctive statement piece.
