Fine facial details may look slightly softer on the plush surface than they do on a screen. Each rug is cut and edge-finished by hand, so the finished dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2 inches. These are normal characteristics of the material and production process.
Care and Everyday Safety
- Vacuum gently with low suction and no rotating beater bar.
- Blot fresh spills; spot clean with cold water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.
- Do not bleach, soak, use hot water, or machine wash.
- Air dry the pile and backing completely before returning the rug to the floor.
- Keep the floor underneath clean and dry to support the backing’s grip.
- Use an appropriate rug pad in active play areas or on especially smooth flooring.
Important: Non-slip backing can help reduce movement on compatible clean, dry flooring, but it does not make the rug slip-proof. This is an indoor decorative rug, not a padded tumbling mat, toy, or certified safety surface. Adult placement judgment and normal supervision still matter.

Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.

Refund & Return Policy
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preferences, or other non-defect-related reasons.
All sale, discounted, and promotional items, whether custom or non-custom, are also not eligible for standard returns or exchanges for non-defect-related reasons.
For eligible non-custom, non-sale items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns require prior approval; submitting a request within 30 days does not guarantee approval.
Defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items: This exception applies to all products, including custom and promotional items. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved claims, we cover applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
For eligible non-defective returns, customers pay return shipping. If we provide a prepaid label, its actual cost may be deducted from the refund. If a returned item requires additional cleaning or repackaging, a fee of up to 10% of the item price, capped at $25, may apply where permitted by law. These charges do not apply to approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval and any required inspection. Your bank may need additional processing time.
