Each Everyday Love Rug is made with a soft 8 mm faux cashmere surface, a non-slip backing that helps reduce movement on smooth indoor floors, and neatly finished overlock edges. The soft, matte surface works especially well for colorful pet portraits, expressive faces, names, and decorative illustrations.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on room lighting, viewing angle, screen settings, and the direction of the rug fibers. This is a normal characteristic of printed faux cashmere material.

Choosing the Best Pet Photos

Clear original photos generally provide the best design reference. Choose images with visible eyes, ears, facial markings, coat colors, and important everyday details. You may upload one clear portrait and additional photos showing a favorite toy, sleeping area, doorway, sunny window, or family member.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit damage, we cover shipping both ways.

Only if the item is opened and requiresrepackaging or cleaning: up to10%, capped at $25.Exchanges or store-credit refunds are fee-free. No fee for defective/incorrect/damaged items.
