Custom Rugs for Mixed-Breed Pets

Have a mixed-breed pet or an unusual companion? Choose Custom Breed Personality and tell us what makes them unforgettable. We will create the design around their real appearance, markings, body shape, favorite expression, and individual character rather than using a generic breed template.

Important Material Notes

Each rug is made with an approximately 8 mm faux cashmere pile. The soft fibers may appear slightly lighter or darker depending on the direction of the pile, room lighting, and viewing angle. Because the artwork is printed onto a soft textile surface, very fine lines and tiny details may appear softer than they do in the digital preview.

Rugs are individually printed, cut, and finished by hand. Minor variations of approximately 1–2 inches may occur in the final dimensions and custom-cut outline.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground from our facility in El Monte, California, USA.

Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: 5–12 business days (additional shipping charges may apply)

Delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, and destination.
Refund & Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit damage, we cover shipping both ways.

Only if the item is opened and requiresrepackaging or cleaning: up to10%, capped at $25.Exchanges or store-credit refunds are fee-free. No fee for defective/incorrect/damaged items.

Refunds are issued within 5days after business days days toafter the return is received and inspected. Banks may take 3–10 business daysto post the credit.

Submit the form at returns or email us. After approval, you’ll receive an RMA and the return address/prepaid label. Please ship back within 7 days and keep the packaging intact.
