Premium 1100 GSM Faux Cashmere
Every Pet Milestone Rug is made with our premium 1100 GSM faux cashmere material. Its dense, soft pile creates a comfortable surface while reproducing photographs, captions, maps, paths, and illustrated details with rich color.
Your custom artwork is applied using heat sublimation printing. The rug is finished with a PVC dot non-slip backing and a sewn outer edge for a clean, practical finish.

Heat sublimation ink colors the exposed surface of the faux cashmere fibers but cannot fully penetrate to the base of the pile. For this reason, the appearance and depth of the colors may vary slightly when the fibers are brushed in different directions or viewed under different lighting and angles.
Each rug is individually hand cut and edge bound. Due to the handmade finishing process, the finished dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2 inches.

We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
Production: Custom Pet Milestone Rugs ship within 72 hours after final design approval.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom / personalized Pet Milestone Rugs are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
Because each milestone rug is created specifically from your uploaded photos, selected story style, optional names, design notes, and approved proof, standard 30-day returns do not apply to this product.
If your rug arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
Approved refunds for eligible claims are issued after review. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
