Before production begins, our designer will send you a free design proof for approval. Each custom pet rug is printed and finished in California with an approximately 8 mm faux cashmere pile, a 4 mm cushioned base, approximately 12 mm of total thickness, slip-resistant backing and neatly finished overlock edges.

Can I add my pet’s name or custom text?
Yes. You can request a pet name, date, short phrase or other personalized text. Enter the exact spelling and any placement preference in the Special Requests field.
Can an older photo be used for a pet memorial rug?
Yes. Older photos can often be used when your pet’s face, expression, colors and main markings remain recognizable. Upload any additional reference photos that may help our designer recreate the details more accurately.
How long does a custom pet rug take to make?
Production begins after you approve the final design proof. Your custom pet rug will usually ship from California within 72 hours after approval. Carrier delivery time is additional.

How should I clean my custom pet rug?
Vacuum gently using a low-suction setting and spot clean with mild detergent when needed. Allow the rug to air dry completely. Do not bleach, machine wash or expose it to prolonged moisture or high heat.

Production Notes
- Colors may appear slightly different because of screen settings, surrounding light, fabric texture and fiber direction.
- Each rug is individually cut and edge-finished by hand, so the finished size and outline may vary by approximately 1–2 inches.
- Irregular outlines may be gently adjusted to create smoother curves and allow secure edge stitching.
- Very small, blurred, filtered or heavily compressed photos may limit how much detail can be preserved.
- Dye-sublimation ink colors the visible fibers but may not reach the deepest part of the pile. Fine lines can shift slightly with the fiber direction.
- Customers must own or have permission to use all submitted photos, artwork, logos, characters and other materials.

We ship from our facility in El Monte, California, USA, primarily via USPS Ground Advantage.
Production: Custom orders ship within 72 hours after design approval.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Custom / made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
For eligible non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. If a prepaid return label is provided, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.
If an eligible returned item requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
