The Group Portrait Behind the Custom Dachshund Rug
The family chose a favorite photo that captured Sanibel, Walter, and Lorelei sitting together in matching accessories: Sanibel’s citrus bandana, Walter’s cap and bow tie, and Lorelei’s plaid scarf.
Rather than separating them into three individual portraits, we kept their close arrangement so the final custom dog portrait rug would reflect how they appeared together in everyday life.

For this multi-pet custom rug, the goal was to keep the three dogs connected as one family portrait. We simplified the background and enlarged the dogs so their faces, coats, and accessories would remain clear at rug scale.
A custom contour replaced a standard rectangle, reducing empty space and keeping the focus on Walter, Sanibel, and Lorelei together.
