1. Size & edge tolerance
   Each rug is hand-cut and overlocked. Finished size may vary by about ±2 cm (±1 inch), including the 0.8 cm edge.

2. Color & pile direction
   The design is printed on long, soft fibers. Because the color can’t penetrate all the way to the base of the pile, the shade may look lighter or darker depending on how the fibers lie and the direction you brush them. This is a normal characteristic of this faux cashmere material.

3. Folding & creases
   To keep shipping affordable, rugs are packed folded. Some creases are normal when you first open the package. Lay the rug flat and allow a few days for it to relax; gentle steaming on the back side can help.

If you are very sensitive to small size variations, pile-direction color changes, or temporary creases from folding, please consider this carefully before placing your order.

We typically ship via FedEx / UPS / USPS Ground. Continental US is usually 3–7 business days; HI/AK/PR 5–12 business days. Actual timing depends on carrier scans.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit damage, we cover shipping both ways.

Only if the item is opened and requiresrepackaging or cleaning: up to10%, capped at $25.Exchanges or store-credit refunds are fee-free. No fee for defective/incorrect/damaged items.

Refunds are issued within 5days after business days days toafter the return is received and inspected. Banks may take 3–10 business daysto post the credit.

Submit the form at returns or email us. After approval, you’ll receive an RMA and the return address/prepaid label. Please ship back within 7 days and keep the packaging intact.
