Production: Regular in-stock orders ship within 72 hours after the order is placed. No design approval is required.

Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.

Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused regular products returned in their original condition and packaging.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.

If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.

If an eligible returned item has been opened and requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Custom / made-to-order, AS-IS / seconds / sample, and final sale / clearance items are not eligible for standard returns except in cases of defects, incorrect items, or transit damage.
