Every rug is made to order in California with a soft 8 mm faux cashmere surface, non-slip backing, and neatly finished overlock edges. A free design proof will be prepared after your order, and production begins only after you approve the final artwork.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground from our facility in El Monte, California, USA.
Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: 5–12 business days (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund & Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.Custom/made-to-order, AS-IS/seconds/sample, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible except for defects.
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. You may use our prepaid return label; the actual label cost will be deducted from the refund. For defective/incorrect/transit damage, we cover shipping both ways.
Only if the item is opened and requiresrepackaging or cleaning: up to10%, capped at $25.Exchanges or store-credit refunds are fee-free. No fee for defective/incorrect/damaged items.
Refunds are issued within 5days after business days days toafter the return is received and inspected. Banks may take 3–10 business daysto post the credit.
Submit the form at returns or email us. After approval, you’ll receive an RMA and the return address/prepaid label. Please ship back within 7 days and keep the packaging intact.
Our Design
Our rug designs start from real life—coffee corners, balconies, living rooms—and are developed with AI into bold abstract patterns and playful shapes. Every A Print Nest rug, from irregular accents to round abstract wave rugs, is designed in-house and produced to order in our own Los Angeles faux cashmere rug factory.
Our Quality
Soft faux cashmere on top, secure non-slip backing on the bottom. Every A Print Nest round rug is printed to order in the USA with a dense, velvety pile and neat 0.8 cm overlock edge, giving you a cozy, durable and easy-care area rug for everyday living room and balcony use.
