- The artwork is printed on raised fibers. Colors can look lighter when the pile is brushed in another direction, and the lighter base may show when fibers separate.
- This rug is intended for indoor residential use and should not be exposed to prolonged moisture or high heat.

Is the surface comfortable for sitting and playing?
Yes. The faux cashmere surface has an approximately 8 mm pile and a soft feel suited to reading, quiet play and other everyday indoor activities.
Is 6 × 6 ft the exact outline of the rug?
The measurement describes the maximum width and height. Because this is an irregular-shaped rug, the tree silhouette does not occupy every part of a 6 × 6 ft square. A hand-finished variation of approximately 1–2 inches is normal.
Does the backing prevent all movement?
The slip-resistant backing helps reduce minor movement on compatible, clean and dry indoor floors, but it is not slip-proof. Floor finish and activity level matter, so add a suitable rug pad when more grip is needed.
Can I use this irregular tree rug outdoors?
No. It is designed for indoor residential spaces and should not be left outdoors or exposed to prolonged moisture.

Production: Regular in-stock orders ship within 72 hours after the order is placed. No design approval is required.
Standard U.S. Shipping: Free standard shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
Remote & Special Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or special-delivery locations, including some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other extended-delivery areas. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other service disruptions.
Refund & Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused regular products returned in their original condition and packaging.
For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund.
If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, please contact us. For approved defect, incorrect-item, or transit-damage claims, we cover the applicable shipping costs.
If an eligible returned item has been opened and requires repackaging or cleaning, a fee of up to 10%, capped at $25, may apply. No such fee applies to defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged items.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
