Yes. We will contact you with design options after your order is placed. Production will not begin until you approve the final design.

Yes. One free minor revision is included before production begins.

Can I choose different art styles?

Yes. You can choose from multiple custom styles, including real photo, watercolor, cartoon, line art, meme style, collage, and irregular shape designs.

What photos work best?

Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting work best. Front-facing or full-body photos usually create the best custom pet rug result.

When will my rug ship?

After you approve the final design, your custom rug will usually ship within 72 hours.

Production Notes

  • Slight color variation may occur due to fabric texture, lighting, and plush direction.
  • Hand-cut and hand-finished rugs may have slight size variations.
  • For custom irregular shapes, the final outline will be adjusted to keep the rug smooth, safe, and suitable for edge stitching.
